Description
The Elks Club-Salvation Army is participating in the "Mile of Dimes" movement to provide apparel for needy boys and girls. Jo-Sheria Briscoe is adding her dime to the log line of donations. She is bundled-up in a elfin cap, coat, leggings, and a muff to keep her hands warm. She is the four-year-old daughter of Mr. And Mrs. J. C. Briscoe. An automobile is parked on the other side of the fence.
