Two scenes which made history today at the Tarrant County courthouse. One of them is George M. Conner, right, Fort Worth attorney, elected judge of Seventeenth District Court, shown being congratulated by Judge Frank P. Culver Junior, who vacated the bench to take a year's training with the Texas Nationla Guard. The second scene, was the proclamation by the bailiff on of this election. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening, December 2, 1940.
