Arthur J. Doherty, left, and Ross Armstrong are demonstrating a new "collar" on milk bottles. The Christmas seal "collar" will be added to 22,000 milk bottles, advertising the District Attorney's seal sale and health education campaign. Mr. Doherty is president of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Tuberculosis Society. He is wearing a hat and a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Armstrong is from the Armstrong Fort Worth-Tarrant County. He is dressed in a hat and a double breasted suit.
