The alumnae of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority are holding a tea hosted by Mrs. H. B. Fuqua in her home. Assisting with the set-up, left to right, seated, are Mrs. Catherine O'Connell, Mrs. J. Lewell Lafferty, Mrs. W. S. Barcus and Mrs. John R. Thompson. Standing is Mrs. Joe E. Estes. Mrs. O'Connell is dressed in a button-up blouse, skirt, and a necklace. Mrs. Lafferty is wearing a dark colored dress. Mrs. Barcus is wearing dress with decorative buttons diagonally down the front. Mrs. Thompson is wearing button-up dress. Mrs. Estes is dressed in a collared blouse, skirt, and a bow shaped brooch.
