H. A. Bacus (left) and Willard H. McEwen are pictured here. They are shown seated at a desk and looking over documents. Both are dressed in suits and ties. Mr. Bacus of Cincinnati, is the national representative of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks, and Mr. McEwen of Toledo, Ohio, is an attorney for the Railway Labor Executives Association. They are checking over the arguments they will present at an Interstate Commerce Commission hearing opening Monday at Hotel Texas, in opposition to the proposed lease of the Fort Worth and Denver City and Wichita Valley Railways by the Colorado and Southern. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 28, 1940.
