Description

The Texas League Baseball Officials are responsible for the high standard of baseball in the league. Left to right are Dutch Lorbeer and Milton Price. Mr. Lorbeer is the President of the Beaumont Exporters. They are the minor league affiliate to the Detroit Tigers. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Mr. Price the is the Texas League Secretary. He is dressed in a three piece suit with a pocket square. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday Edition January 21, 1940.
