Mrs. J. E. Fender, president of the Fort Worth Assembly. She presented eleven debutantes at the 29th annual Fort Worth Assembly Ball. She wears an evening gown with full length gloves and wore orchids on her shoulder and another orchid on her evening bag. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 19, 1940.
