Debutantes at the 29th annual Fort Worth Assembly Ball include (left to right) Miss Carolynn Fortson, daughter of Mrs. E. J. Fortson ; Miss Josephine Kennady, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marshall H. Kennady ; Miss Catherine Lehane Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Lee Johnson Jr. ; Miss Martha Teas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Teas ; Miss Catherine Stone, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gaylord Stone ; and Miss Milbry Polk, daughter of Mrs. Adelaide R. Polk. The debutantes are standing next to each other, wearing beautiful evening gowns and each holding a bouquet/wreath of flowers.
