Description

New officers of the North Side Kiwanis Club officers were elected. Two of the officers are left to right Bradley Burks and Warren Smeby. Mr. Burks is the first vice president. He is dressed in a hat, double breasted suit, and a pocket square. Mr. Smeby is the new second vice president. He is wearing a hat and a double breasted pinstripe suit. the men are standing in front of a door with a frosted rain glass window.
