Texas Wesleyan College vs. Trinity University football game. Frank Collins, Texas Wesleyan College, out in front and being pursued by a pack of Trinity University players. Harry Kunkel, Trinity University quarterback who threw the interception that Collins is returning, is number 80. Collins can be seen running ahead of the pack to the far corner of the end zone for the first touchdown of his college football career and what would be the only points in Texas Wesleyan College's 7-0 win. Nearly all of the players on the field are visible in the shot as well as two referees, all of whom are wearing their respective uniforms. A number of fans can be seen behind barriers on both sides of the field. In the backgorund, a number of houses and fields can be seen. Star-Telegram Morning, November 16 1940.
