Armstrong, construction quartermaster at Camp Wolters, John Miller, mayor of Mineral Wells, Texas, and Allen Guinn president of the Mineral Wells, Texas, Chamber of Commerce, who have all been active in affairs pertaining to Camp Wolters, cavalry training camp at Mineral Wells, Texas. All four men are wearing suits and Mr. Guinn is wearing eyeglasses.
