A. P. Rollins, of the engineering firm of Rollins and Forest in Dallas, Texas, and his assistant C. S. Henning of Abilene, Texas, and B. A. Yeager, of Mineral Wells, Texas, who was a member of the steering committee that assisted in securing Camp Wolters, Texas National Guard cavalry training camp. The three men are standing against a bare wall, wearing suits, and Mr. Rollins and Mr. Yeager are shaking hands.
