Description
Southern Methodist University versus Texas A & M University football game. Mustangs fight back - S. M. U. lost no time opening up with its array of dazzling pass plays after the Aggies scored their early touchdown. After taking the ball over on their 30-yard line in the first quarter, Clement, S. M. U. quarterback, pitched a pass to completion for Keaton, good for nine yards, and came right back with this pass to Tunnell, which made a first down with miles to spare. Tunnell caught the ball on the 48 yard line, but was stopped in his tracks by Kimbrough and Pugh, who hit him hard. The Aggie defense asserted itself on the next play, however, and threw Clement for a seven-yard loss as he tried to pass again.
