    Scenes at Annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet -- Charles Hillard, president of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, accepted the plaque presented to his organization for having the largest attendance at the annual Chamber of Commerce banquet and civic roundup at Hotel Texas. He is holding his award and wearing a suit. Miss Blanche Lotspeich was presented with the emblem which went to the Zonta Club for having the largest percentage of its organization at the roundup. She is holding her award and wearing a dress and hat. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 20, 1940.
