Description

Seventy-four team captains and their 15 division chairmen in the Community Chest campaign were announced Wednesday at a luncheon rally for the group at the Hotel Texas. Four of them are pictured here. From left to right, are John H. Hall, W. O. Freeman, E. C. Walsh, and Roy F. Weeman. The four men are standing against a bare wall and slightly turned faces to their left sides and smiling for the camera. All are dressed in dark suits and ties.
