Description
The Army, the Navy, Baylor and Texas teams, to mention a few, joined hands with Texas Christian University in the organization of the Frog Club. In this picture is Jack Buckler, former All-America halfback for Army, is president of the new club. With Buckler is Ward Bailey, a Baylor ex, who made the explanation speech at the first meeting. Both men appear to be reading a document, they are also wearing suits. Mr. Buckler is wearing eyeglasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 7, 1940.
