Mrs. George Thompson Junior and Mr. George Church of Pasadena, Texas, and Fort Worth, Texas attend an election dinner party at River Crest Country Club to support Presidential Candidate Wendell Lewis Willkie. They're seen carrying the banner "Republicans advised to laugh early." Mrs. Thompson is seen to be holding a purse and wearing a dress whereas Mr. Thompson is seen to be wearing a suit.
