Description
Tarrant County's citizens marched to the polls to join 50,000,000 other Americans in expressing a choice for President and Vice President and State, district and county officials. Throughout the county, scenes like these were common place. Shown here is J. O. Paylor, balloting in Precinct 108 fire hall. The paper he's seen to be holding has official ballot written on it. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 5, 1940.
