Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Anderson, to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary at their home at 113 South Sylvania Avenue. More than 40 relatives gathered at the residence. Five of the eight children were there and many of the kinfolks drove a long distance to attend the family reunion and celebration. In this picture, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson are standing next to each other. Mr. Anderson is wearing a suit and eyeglasses and Mrs. Anderson appears to be wearing a dress and eyeglasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 4, 1940.
