    H. V. Kaltenborn, news commentator, sitting on park bench in Burnett Park. Mr. Kaltenborn is talking with Mary Wynn, the reporter. He observed his opinion that it will not make much immediate difference in affairs of the Nation whether Roosevelt or Willkie is elected isn't a very popular thing to say but he is saying it here.
