Description
These men officiated at the flag raising ceremonies held at the Frisco Railway Shops. They are, left to right, Steward Hellman, Joe Crumbie, C. J. Stephenson, J. R. Ferguson, Reverend Harry Lee Spencer, pastor of College Avenue Baptist Church, and J. Pat Casey, traffic representative of the Frisco Lines. Mr. Crumbie, Mr. Stephenson, and Mr. Ferguson are sustaining the American flag. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 4, 1940.
