Description
Texas Christian University students played a homecoming prank. A group of students apparently wanted a holiday but they neglected to tell President E. M. Waits. Faculty and students had trouble getting to classes before workers cleared away chairs and table which had been pulled in front of the entrances during the night. Grounds superintendent L. L. Dees is shown clearing furniture away from the front entrance. P.S.--No holiday was granted. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition November 02, 1940.
