Yesterday and today were well represented on the Texas Wesleyan College campus Friday as ex-students from over the Southwest gathered for the annual homecoming and fiftieth anniversary of the Methodist institution. Texas Wesleyan College (TWC) ex-student homecoming attendees W. H. Kenner (left) of Ennis, a student at Polytechnic College in 1907 and Miss Hortense Walker, Texas Wesleyan College senior, from Mineral Wells, Miss Walker was selected Homecoming Queen this year. Mr. Kenner is standing next to Miss Walker. He is wearing a tuxedo and she is wearing a dark cocktail length dress. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition November 02, 1940.
