Men from Tarrant County, Texas, that were called to the draft, left to right, Harry Dwight Oakley Junior, from Forest Hill, Texas, and Robert Dundas Waggener, from Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Oakley is wearing a shirt with the sleeves are rolled up and he is crossing his arms. Mr. Waggener is wearing a black suit, collared shirt, a polka-dot tie and a hat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 29, 1940.
