They are shown standing in a room and having conversation. All three men are dressed in suits and ties. They are attending a conference and it resulted in designation of Fort Worth as the next convention city. The convention will be held next March 19 to 21. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 29, 1940.
