Description
Close up of one of walls in Dr. Jagoda's gun room, showing interesting contrasts in types. The long weapon in the center belonged to a Moorish sultan and is beautifully inlaid with silver. It is a rifle with an early flint lock. Above the rifle is a French women's pocket, with ivory handle. Below the rifle and to the right, is a tine Belgian pistol. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 24, 1940.
