    Description

    The Association of Petroleum Geologists (A.A.P.G.) is hosting a luncheon for the president of the organization, who is visiting Fort Worth, Texas. Attending the meeting left to right are Ralph Powell, Walter Berger and L. C. Snider. Mr. Powell, is the chief geologist with the West Texas-New Mexico division of the Texas Pacific Coal & Oil Company. He is also the president of the Fort Worth chapter. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Barger (standing) is a consulting geologist. He is dressed in a light-colored suit. Mr. Snider, is the president of the AAPG. He is visiting various geological societies in the Mid-Atlantic Area. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 27, 1940.
