View of New Underpass Near Handley. This new underpass near Handley will be thrown open to traffic Saturday morning completing the South main Street-Dallas Pike link by way of East Rosedale. The underpass, which is under the Texas and Pacific Railway tracks, is southwest of Handley about a quarter of a mile from where Rosedale joins the pike. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 25, 1940.
