Description
They know their Fort Worth manufactured goods. A quiz session at the annual Fort Worth products luncheon Wednesday brought to light hidden talents and unsuspected lack of knowledge as guests were called upon to identify articles manufactured here. President Edward Waits, left, of T.C.U. can still face his student body without chagrin, after passing his examination with flying colors. When approached with a portable microphone by Ivan Woods, right, President Waits promptly identified a printing machine from an oral description. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 24, 1940.
