    Description

    Meterologist H. P. Adams points to the thermometer in the new shelter box at the Weather Bureau which records the daily minimum temperature. The box is 3 1/2 feet square stands 5 feet high, being nearer the ground will give a truer indication of the what the temperature really is. Published on October 21, 1940.
