Texas Christian University (TCU) vs. Texas Agricultural and Mechanical (A&M) College football game spectators. Bill Harris of Paris, Texas, lets Miss Mary Alice Ayres, pep squad leader, also of Paris, Texas, wear his plumed hat. At left is Clifford Stegall, Holliday, Texas, sophomore. Both men are saxophone players in the Horned Frog Band. The three students are sitting on a seat in a train car with Mr. Stegall sitting on the left and Miss Ayers sitting in the middle. Miss Ayers is wearing a shirt and jacket while Mr. Stegall and Mr. Harris are wearing their band uniforms with long-sleeved shirts, large belts, and hats with feathers on them; which Mr. Harris is placing his on Miss Ayers's head.
