Description

Football Texas Christian University at Texas Agricultural & Mechanical College, long range action shot. Jim Thomason of A&M is receiving a pass from John Kimbrough and running it into the end zone. Nearly all of the players on the field are visible as well as three referees; all of whom are wearing their respective uniforms. Thomason is close to the near sideline carrying the ball with two opponents standing in front of him. Kimbrough is not in the picture as he is too far to the right. Near the top of the picture, the stands are filled with spectators. A number of buildings can be seen in the background. Star-Telegram Evening, October 22 1940.
