A. C. Seawell is the new business manager for the City-County Hospital. He came in from similar post at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. He succeeds Joe F. Miller. He is shown at his desk, holding some documents. He is wearing a striped suit and tie. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 16, 1940.
