Tarrant County, Texas is conducting their peace time registration for the draft. Left to right are Mrs. R. P. O'Bannon, Mrs. Orville E. Tunstill, and Mrs. Robert Young Junior. The women are taking advantage of the mid-afternoon lull to partake in sandwiches, cakes, and coffee. Lunch for all the volunteers is being provided by Leonard Brothers. Mrs. O'Bannon is an assistant. She is wearing a blouse, striped blazer, and a skirt. Mrs. Tunstill is the chief registrar for Precinct Number 95. She is dressed in a hat, blazer, skirt, and a brooch. Mrs. Young is also an assistant. She is wearing a button-up blouse and a skirt. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 17, 1940.
