At School of Instruction Conducted for Draft Board Members -- Members of the draft board are attending the Friday school of instruction at the Forty-eighth District Courtroom in Fort Worth, Texas. Members from twenty-two counties are taking the class. Earth County's three-member board is mentioned and shown here. Left to right, seated, are Charles Neblett of Stephenville, J. B. Hallmark of Dublin, and C. C. Martin of Lingleville. Standing is Frank Curk Granbury. Mr. Neblett is wearing a striped dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Other three men are dressed in suit. Mr. Dublin and Mr. Martin are smoking cigarette. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 12, 1940.
