    Description

Image shows Mrs. F. L. Motheral seated by the stone fireplace in the family's home on their 80-acre farm near Rendon, Texas. On the mantel above the fireplace are two figurines. Beside the fireplace, left, is a statue. Also in the living room are several chairs and an animal fur rug. The Motheral home is an example of urban comfort in a rural setting which has attracted many city dwellers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 29, 1940.
