    Mrs. W. R. Watt is a member of the new Civic and Welfare Committee of the Women's Club. She is the chairman of the new committee, which will sponsor an illustrated American fashion program. Mrs. Watt is dressed in a feathered hat, button-up blouse, skirt, and a horse brooch. He purse is tucked under her arm. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, October 6, 1940.
