Description
Firemen are fighting a blaze late Thursday afternoon at a rooming house on Taylor Street. They are standing on the charred porch as they apply a hose on a stairway inside the building. Smoke filled the air above the destroyed roof. The second floor balcony collapsed resulting in the death of P. C. Pannell and a injury to his wife.
