Bill Averitt of Midland, Texas is planning to join the air force in Canada. He will leave for Winnipeg, Canada of October 10, and will report for duty with the Royal Canadian Air Force. Mr. Averitt is a bookkeeper at the First National Bank and has his pilot's license. He is standing against a wall, wearing a button-up shirt and trousers. Half-length portrait, facing slightly right.
