Description
The Texas Circulation Managers Association is meeting at the Hotel Texas. They are enjoying breakfast, coffee, and the morning newspaper before the afternoon convention. They are left to right, L. E. Gillett, P. F. Fincher, and L. W. McFetridge. Mr. Gillett of the Beaumont Enterprise and Journal, is chairman of the board. He is dressed in a light suit. Mr. Fincher, of Austin American and Statesman, is the state president. He is wearing a suit with a striped necktie. Mr. McFetridge, of the Tulsa World, is the secretary treasurer of the International Circulation Managers Association. He is dressed in a suit and smoking a cigar.
