Description

The Fort Worth Open golf tournament is being held at the Glen Garden Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Receiving the championship trophy is Frank Stranahan. Presenting the award is Smiley Rowland. Stranahan is an amateur golfer from Toledo, Ohio. He is mentored by Byron Nelson. Known on the links as the "Toledo Strongman", Stranahan is tough competitor despite his amateur status.
