Description
The Zartman family is doing their part to help the war effort. They are left to right, Cara Lee, Mrs. Charles Zartman, Mr. Charles Zartman, Wilma, and Betty. The three daughters are cadet nurses at Saint Joseph's Hospital. Five other Zartman children are not pictured. Wilma's twin, Wendell entered the Navy more than two years ago. The younger children still in school are three daughters Glenna, fifteen; Billie, thirteen; and Sherill, eight and a son Olin, nine. The Zartmans are sitting on a couch. The sisters are dressed in their cadet uniforms. Mrs. Zartman is wearing a hat, collared blouse, blazer, and skirt. Mr. Zartman is dressed in a suit. They are sitting on a couch, one of the daughters is sitting on the arm of the couch.
