    Description

    Officers, councilmen and alternates of Rosemont Junior High School Student Citizenship Council were officially installed at a student assembly by J. P. Moore, assistant superintendent of Fort Worth, Texas public schools. New officers are (starting at second from the left) Tommy Bogle, president; Freddie Lynn Owen, vice president; and Joyce Harvey, secretary-treasurer. Far right is councilman James Jernigan, and far left is Jack Brandon, a student worker who helped contribute to the school's Junior Red Cross fundraising goal. The boys are wearing suits and the girls are wearing blouses and skirts.
