Margaret Simpson is ready for the celebration attending the world premiere of "The Westerner." All Margaret needs is a horse- and she has a wagonload of those-rocking horses and stick horses. Margaret's costume is a birthday gift from her grandfather, Marvin Simpson Sr., who sent it to her from Tucumcari, N. M.
