Musical Memories -- This "Cottage Organ" is owned by Mrs. J. A. Matthews. Seated at organ is Mrs. A. P. Burns, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; standing, left to right, Watt Matthews, Mrs. A. B. Judd, Houston and Joe B. Matthews, Albany. The organ is one of the many treasures to be found in the restored frontier home above old Fort Griffin in the bend of the Clear Fork. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 14, 1944.
