Description
The Red Cross is offering home nursing courses for men. Pictured is a class on how to prepare and serve a patient's diet. Allott Yadon is allowing Colonel J. W. Benson to spoon feed him as he assumes role of patient. Mrs. Henry A. Roach, Red Cross nursing director and instructor for the class, supervises the demonstration. Colonel Benson is wearing his military uniform and an apron. Mrs. Roach is dressed in her nurse's uniform.
