Description
Wilbarger County, Texas, Mains oil field. John Spruiell, helper for Texas Company. Mr. Spruiell is shown working with some metal equipment and smiling widely. He is wearing a pair of overalls, a shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of dark gloves to help him with the lifting. He appears to be standing on a few wooden planks with some tubing in a stack behind him. The field takes up the rest of the scene with various piles of dirt that has been dug out.
