Star-Telegram pin-up girls: Frances Tolar. In the photograph, Frances is sitting on a desk with her left leg on a stool in front of her and her right leg in front of the stool. She has one hand crossed over the other and both hands are placed on her lap. She is wearing a knee length dress with buttons going down the center and a belt at the waist. On her dress, there is a pocket at the top on both sides of her chest. There is a handkerchief in the left pocket and two brooches attached. There is a telephone placed on the desk and some newspapers. On the wall, there is a calendar and a frame. There is an unidentified man standing at the door on the left with his left hand on his waist. He is wearing a suit, an inner shirt, and a tie. The desk has drawers and a shelf with a typewriter and beside the desk there is a trash can.
