Description
Grady Clark, artist and one of the boys employed on the National Youth Administration (NYA) project for producing posters and safety markers, is shown as he looked over one of the 300 posters that the group is contributing to the campaign to raise funds for combating infantile paralysis. Mr. Clark did the art work and cut stencils for the posters. He is wearing a collared shirt and trousers. The posters are for the "President's Birthday Ball" fundraising event. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 16, 1940.
