Description
Reverend Jesse Garrett (center) lifts a shovelful of soil at the dedication of the grounds on which a $50,000 auditorium at Rosen Heights Baptist Church will be constructed. Mayor I. N. McCrary (left) and W. E. Scott (right) look on. The three men are dressed in suits and are standing outside in front of a building. More than a thousand people attended the dedication where Mayor McCrary spoke.
